Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the item.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order products, special orders, liquids/chemicals that have been opened, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
